From the very beginning, when booking the trip, we felt that everything was being adapted to our needs and preferences. And that support did not end there: Hugo was always available to clarify doubts, answer our questions and help with whatever we needed.
The itinerary was extremely well planned and suited exactly what we were looking for, with all the information we needed, restaurant suggestions and tips that made all the difference throughout the trip.
Even Duarte had his own tailor-made itinerary! Everything was planned around his pace, although he decided that he is not actually a big fan of travelling by car — he must be the only baby in the world who prefers exploring without wheels! 🤣 Even so, he was always happy to come along with us, being carried by his uncles, taking his naps and stopping for a feed wherever we happened to be. He is, without a doubt, a very lucky baby!
Dinis, still in mummy’s tummy, has already started learning about travelling too and, by the looks of it, he is going to have some excellent teachers. 😎
If we had to identify one area for improvement, it would be the app. We think it is an excellent idea with a great deal of potential. We know it is still at an early stage and has room to become more complete — we genuinely think it is worth continuing to invest in it, because it could make the whole experience even better.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the entire experience and, above all, with the personal approach, availability and attention to detail. We truly felt supported throughout — and that makes all the difference.
